日系OEMのXC製品（ADAS、IVI、セントラルコンピューティングなど）プロジェクトのグローバル・カスタマープロジェクトマネージャーです。
- 顧客プロジェクトの管理とプロジェクト目標の達成
- 重要な顧客窓口として、関係を構築する
- 海外のプロジェクトコアチームのリード
- 製品開発プロセス全体を通じて、顧客プロジェクトの計画、管理、調整、モニタリング
- QG会議/レビューの計画・準備と、マネジメントへのプロジェクト状況のレポーティング

[Job description]
Global customer project manager for Japanese OEM's pilot project of XC product. (e.g. ADAS, IVI, Central Computing, etc. )
- Managing customer projects and achieving the project goals
- Being a key contact to the customer, build relationship
- Leading the project core team in overseas
- Planning, controlling, coordinating and monitoring a customer project throughout the product development process
- Planning and preparing the Quality Gate meetings/reviews and reporting the project status to the management

資格
[必須の経験・スキル・バックグラウンド]
- プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験 5年以上
- 自動車産業でのご経験 5年以上
- 日本語：N2+ ～ネイティブレベル
- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上(目安：TOEIC650点以上)
[あれば歓迎の経験・スキル・バックグラウンド]
- 機械工学、電気工学、インダストリアルエンジニアリング（IE）、ソフトウェア工学の学位
- 交渉力、プレゼン力、起業家的思考・行動
- チームワークとコミュニケーション能力
- 海外または海外チームでの実務経験
[Required experience, skills, background]
- 5+ years experience in project management
- 5+ years experience in automotive industry
- Japanese: N2+ ~ Native level
- English: Business level (TOEIC over 650)
[Desirable experience, skills, background]
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, industrial engineering or Software engineering
- Negotiating skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Safe appearance and good manners. Good presentation skills as well as a high degree of communication and teamwork
- Working experience in overseas or international teams (preferable skill)
